TUNA OR SALMON BISCUIT LOAF 
1 batch biscuit dough or 2 tubes biscuits from dairy case
1 c. tuna (6 1/2 oz. can) or 1 1/2 c. salmon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. well drained, cooked lima beans or green beans or peas
1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced American cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pimento, if desired

Blend ingredients. Make biscuit dough. Roll between wax paper into a rectangle. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Spread filling down center; covering about a 4 inch wide strip. Make 7 cuts on each side of filling. From top, bring 2 opposite strips up over filling and overlap. Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees. Serves 6.
