GRAND MOM'S MEATBALLS | |
1/2 med. onion, chopped 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, lean 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs 2 tsp. snipped parsley 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce In large bowl mix ingredients well. Form meat mixture into medium size balls. Arrange in baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Great in crockpot with sauce for meatball sandwiches or with sauce and pasta. |
