RIO GRANDE CHILI 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can kidney beans
1/2 c. liquid of beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tbsp. pepper sauce
1 can corn, drained

Saute onions, garlic in oil. Add beef, salt, paprika and chili powder. Add paste, stewed tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Eat with grated Cheddar cheese. Cook about 15 minutes.
