1 c. ketchup
5 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. strong coffee, black
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper, to taste

In a 2-quart saucepan combine all the ingredients. Allow the sauce to simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes. Great on chicken, pork or ribs. Just brush it on from the pan.
