POTLUCK VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (17 oz.) can corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Drain corn, mushrooms, and cooked broccoli and cauliflower. Combine creamed corn, cheese and soup. Fold in drained vegetables. Pour into baking dish. Melt butter and toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of vegetable mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 12 to 15.
