POTLUCK CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can sliced carrots, drained
1 can sweet peas, drained
1 lg. box stuffing mix

Boil chicken and cut in chunks. Combine peas, carrots, soups and milk. Place in large casserole dish. Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions. Spread over mixture in casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly.

This may be assembled in advance and refrigerated until time to bake and serve. Serve with cranberry sauce and a salad.
