POTLUCK CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can carrots, sliced
1 can peas, drained
1 box stuffing mix
Cranberry sauce

Cook chicken and cut into chunks. Mix soups, milk, carrots and peas. Pour into large casserole dish. Prepare stuffing mix and spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
