POTLUCK CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 c. noodles, cooked 1/3 c. chopped onions 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. corn Niblets, cooked 1 can condensed tomato soup 1 tsp. prepared mustard Brown onions and ground beef in skillet until onions are soft and beef is thoroughly cooked. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese and add all remaining ingredients. Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Cook in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes. |
