POTLUCK CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sliced carrots, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 bag stuffing mix

Cook chicken and cut into chunks. Combine with soups, carrots and peas. Prepare stuffing mix and spread over mixture in casserole dish. Cook at 400°F for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
