CHUCK BARBECUES 
6 lbs. lean chuck roast
3 onions, diced
1 green pepper diced
2 celery stalks diced
1 family size ketchup
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Bring all ingredients, except chuck roast, to a boil. Add to meat, cover, and bake for 6 hours at 300 degrees. Shred meat with 2 forks for sandwiches. Freezes well. Pork also works well.
