CHUCK ROAST SANDWICHES 
4 lb. chuck roast
1 (20 oz.) Brooks Tangy Catsup
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. green pepper (finely chopped), optional
1 med. onion (finely chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

Serve with 18-26 burger bun size sandwiches.

Place roast in Dutch oven and cover with boiling water. Simmer until fork tender (about 2 1/2 hours). Remove from liquid and shred with fork. Mix remaining ingredients and simmer with meat. Serve. Age improves taste. Freezes well.
