6 potatoes
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter in casserole

Peel and quarter potatoes. Put in water. In plastic bag mix flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Coat wet potatoes in flour mixture.

Melt 1/2 stick butter in casserole. Place potatoes in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn potatoes over and add another 1/2 stick melted butter. Bake another 1/2 hour until golden brown.
