PARMESAN ROASTED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Cut potatoes in halves lengthwise, place cut sides down in dish. Microwave on high 10 minutes, rearranging potatoes halfway through. Remove. Dip cut sides of potatoes in butter, then Parmesan. Return to dish, cut sides down. Bake in oven 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings, 95 calories each.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
