PARMESAN BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Peel potatoes. Cut lengthwise as for large French fries. Spray baking dish with Pam. Place potatoes in dish. Slice butter over potatoes. Sprinkle salt, then Parmesan cheese over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to an hour. Potatoes should be tender and browned.
