PARMESAN POTATO BAKE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
5 c. thin unpeeled potato slices
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brush 9 inch pie plate with mayonnaise. Arrange 1 layer of potatoes slightly over lapping on bottom of pie plate. Brush with mayonnaise. Sprinkle generously with cheese, dash salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with foil. Continue baking 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Immediately put on serving dish. Cut into wedges and serve.
