CHEWY CHOCOLATE PAN COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. peanut butter chips

In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Spread batter into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 18 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
