BARBECUE BRISKET 
Whole brisket, trimmed
Celery salt
Onion salt
Garlic salt
2 sm. bottles liquid smoke
2 sm. bottles Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. sugar

Sprinkle brisket with celery salt, onion salt, garlic salt. Pour 1 small bottle liquid smoke and 1 small bottle of Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over meat. Marinate 18 or 24 hours.

Pour off liquid and repeat above. Wrap in heavy duty foil. Form a loose tent and seal. Bake at 275 degrees for 8 hours. Remove and drain.

Mix:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 qt. Kraft barbecue sauce

Mix and pour over meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
