GLORIFIED RICE 
3 c. cold cooked rice
1 c. (1 lg.) chopped tart apple
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. whipping cream, whipped, or 4 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
10 oz. jar (1 c.) maraschino cherries, drained & quartered

In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. 10 (3/4 cup) servings.
