SAUSAGE CHEESE BREAD 
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 - 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Cook sausage and onion over low heat until meat is browned. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Drain sausage and onion and add to other ingredients. Place in buttered pan. Bake at 400 degrees F. 25-30 minutes. Serve with jalapeno jelly.

Can be made day or two ahead. When cool, cut into squares, wrap in foil and refrigerate. When ready to warm, sprinkle with a little water, reseal and warm at 300 degrees F. 20-30 minutes.
