SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread (comes 3 to a pkg.)
1 lb. hot sausage (any brand)
1/2 lb. grated mozzarella
1/2 lb. grated cheddar
1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack
Mushrooms to taste
Olives to taste
Green onions to taste

Let bread thaw (about half the time it suggest). Brown your sausage and onions; drain well. Press out your loaves each in individual cookie sheets to form rectangles. Use half the ingredients for one, half for the other. Spread the sausage, cheeses, mushrooms, olives and onions in the middle of each loaf and bring the sides together. Pinch real good and then on the ends. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Cool slightly and slice.
