CHEESE - SAUSAGE CORN BREAD 
1/2 lb. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean hot)
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Fry sausage until lightly browned. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a bundt pan or its equivalent.

Into large mixing bowl measure your flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. In medium bowl combine the eggs, milk, salad oil and sour cream. With wire whip beat until smooth. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix just until blended. Stir in the sausage and cheese. Spoon into baking dish and bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
