CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 whole chicken or parts
3/4 pkg. spaghetti
1 med. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom or celery
1 c. milk (can use more if needed)
1 sm. jar mushrooms
Parsley flakes
Parmesan cheese

Cook chicken and pull off bones. Chop or dice. Cook spaghetti and onions together. Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, 20-30 minutes. Makes a large casserole or maybe two casseroles.
