MEAT CUPS 
1 (12 oz.) Hungry Jack Biscuits
1 c. shredded cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. barbecue sauce

Brown ground beef. Drain. Add sauce. Let simmer 10 minutes. Grease mini- muffin tins. Separate each biscuit into 3 layers. Place each layer in a muffin tin. One biscuit makes 3 meat cups.

Fill biscuit liner with meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees or until brown. Makes 3 dozen mini-meat cups.

Optional: May substitute barbecue sauce with taco sauce or pizza sauce.
