CHICKEN FAJITA 
8 oz. chunky salsa
4 oz. sour cream
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. chicken breast, boneless fillet
Flour tortillas

Brown chicken fillets in skillet, seasoned with salt and garlic to taste. No Oil. Cut chicken into thin strips or dice into small pieces. Place in the bottom of casserole dish, spread with sour cream, then salsa, top with cheese. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Spoon into warm tortilla and roll up. Also great served with nachos in place of tortillas.
