JALAPENO CHICKEN FAJITAS 
Low Cholesterol. Makes 8 fajitas.

1/4 c. ReaLime Lime Juice from Concentrate
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, chopped
8 oz. skinned boneless chicken breasts
8 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
8 slices Borden Lite-line Jalapeno Flavor Process Cheese Product, cut in half diagonally
Garnishes: Salsa, shredded lettuce, green onions, chopped tomatoes, sliced ripe olives

In medium bowl, combine ReaLime lime juice, water and garlic; add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours. Remove chicken from marinade; grill or broil as desired. Place 2 Lite-line halves on each tortilla. Slice chicken diagonally into thin strips; place on tortillas. Top with garnishes; fold tortillas. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
