CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
2 beaten eggs
1 cube melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Pour into 9x12 inch pan. Saute onion and pepper. Spread on top of corn mixture. Spread. Pour cream over onions and peppers. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10 to 12 people.
