PICKLED BOLOGNA - OR EGGS 
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. white sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mixed pickling spices
1 med. onion, sliced
1 ring bologna, or 1 doz. eggs

Mix together first 5 ingredients and boil for 8 minutes, then cool. Cut bologna into 2 or 3 inches pieces, also slice onion. Put bologna and onions in large glass jar. Refrigerate overnight. Can add garlic if preferred.

P. S. Shell eggs before putting into glass jar.
