PICKLED EGGS 
12 eggs

Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Allow eggs to cool. Peel eggs and put into a glass covered jar.

BRINE:

1 3/4 cups vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
8 whole cloves

Bring brine ingredients to a boil. Pour over peeled eggs in jar. Refrigerate for 1 week before serving.
