BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmanns mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
4 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
6 chicken breasts or thighs
1 tsp. lemon juice

Boil chicken and salt cool and bone. Break broccoli over hot water to separate and layer in buttered baking dish. Layer chicken over broccoli. Mix soup with mayonnaise and curry powder and pour over broccoli. Sprinkle cheese and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
