BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
This is one of the best vegetable casseroles I have ever tasted. Can serve as an entree or as a side dish. Is excellent heated over the next day.

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated carrots
1 tbsp. grated onion
salt and pepper
3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli according to directions on pkg. but less a few minutes. Drain broccoli. In mixing bowl combine flour, soup, sour cream, grated onion, carrots, salt and pepper. Stir in broccoli and pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole. Toss buttered stuffing mix and put around the edge of the casserole.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 350°F.
