PORK CHOP BAKE 
6 pork chops (1 inch thick)
4 medium potatoes, uncooked, peeled, and sliced thin
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. water
1 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown chops; drain. In buttered 2 quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms, and chops. In small bowl, combine water and soup mix; pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
