PORK - CHOP BAKE 
4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
4 med. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 env. onion - mushroom instant soup mix
1 1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown chops; drain. In greased 2 quart oblong baking pan, arrange potatoes, then chops. Add instant soup mix thoroughly, blended with water. Bake covered 1 hour or until potatoes and chops are tender. Makes 4 servings.
