PORK CHOP BAKE 
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. water, hot
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Brown chops, drain. In buttered 2 quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and chops.

In a bowl combine water, onion soup mix; pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender at 350 degrees.
