POOR MAN'S CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans tomato soup with 2 cans water
1 can cream style corn
1 can peas with juice
1 can pitted olives with juice
1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 pkg. egg noodles (lg. flat)
1 pkg. tamales
Cheddar cheese, grated

Butter the bottom and sides of a large roasting pan. Spread egg noodles uncooked in roasting pan.

In a large skillet, brown hamburger, drain grease. Add onion, soup, water, corn, peas, and olives. Add this mixture to the top of the egg noodles. Then spread tamales on top of mixture, then pour enchilada sauce to cover the whole casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
