STUFFED SHELLS 
1/2 box lg. shell macaroni
1 med. onion
Garlic salt to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1/2 bell pepper
Oregano to taste
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce

Cook shells according to the box, drain and cool. Brown hamburger, onion, bell pepper, garlic salt, oregano, and salt and pepper, and drain. Add some of the spaghetti sauce to the mixture. Stuff the shells with the spaghetti sauce hamburger mixture. Spread some of the sauce in the bottom of an oblong pan. Place the shells in the pan. Spread the rest of the sauce over the shells. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes. Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
