SPINACH STUFFED SHELLS 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
4 eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
2 lg. boxes jumbo shells

(Use your own favorite spaghetti sauce or use bottled sauce.)

Mix all ingredients, except shells and spaghetti sauce. Let stand 1/2 hour. Cook shells for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain and fill with 1 tablespoon of filling. Layer in a 9 x 13 inch pan; pour spaghetti sauce on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
