SPINACH STUFFED SHELLS 
24 jumbo macaroni shells, not cracked
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine in bowl:

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
2 c. ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. oregano

1. Cook shells according to directions on box.

2. Spoon 1 cup spaghetti sauce into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch dish.

3. Stuff each shell with 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture. Arrange shells face down in dish. Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over shells. Sprinkle Parmesan over top.

4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
