SECOND DAY MASHED POTATOES 
2 c. cold mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten to a froth
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients except the butter together, beating well. Heap into a buttered casserole, smoothing top slightly; spread butter over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated and brown on top.
