1 lg. can vegetable beef soup
1 sm. can vegetable soup (kids like alphabet vegetable)
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 sm. onion
6 to 8 potatoes, cooked and mashed
OR 8 servings instant mashed potatoes, cooked

Peel, cook and mash potatoes. brown ground beef and onion, drain grease. Pour soup in deep baking dish (9 x 13 inches). Spread browned ground beef on top of soup. Spread mashed potatoes on top of ground beef. Cover and place in oven (350 degrees) for 20 to 30 minutes or microwave uncovered about 10 minutes.
