STEAK & MASHED POTATOES 
Hungry Jack or Potato Buds recipe for 6
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 lbs. stew meat or family steak
1 can onion soup
1 can mushroom soup

Make recipe on box for 6 servings. Beat in the cream cheese. Add well beaten egg and minced parsley. Put in well greased casserole. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take cover off the last 10 minutes. (Can be prepared the day before.) Use stew meat or cut family steak in strips. Put in casserole and cover with 1 can onion soup and 1 can of mushroom soup. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees, covered. Delicious over potatoes.
