STEAK, BEANS, ONIONS & POTATOES
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. round steak or cubed, floured
1 can green beans, drained
Sliced onions
Potatoes (quantity depends on servings needed)

Layer potatoes (quartered), onion rings and green beans in casserole. Brown floured steak in skillet. Remove steak and place on top of vegetables. In skillet make brown gravy and pour over all. Season to taste. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until done.
