2-3 lb. steak, cut into sm. pieces
4 slices bacon
1 onion, sliced
3 potatoes, sliced

In electric frying pan, layer bacon, then steak, potatoes, and onion. Cover and cook on high heat 30 seconds, then cook on low heat 2 hours or until tender. Water and beef bouillon may be added for more moisture and flavor.
