MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8-10 cooked med. size red potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
butter (as desired)
Salt & pepper to taste
Seasoned salt

Peel and mash potatoes. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter and seasonings. Whip with electric beater until very fluffy.

Spray a 9"x13" or 2 quart round casserole with Pam. Dot bottom with butter. Add whipped potatoes. Sprinkle top with seasoned salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until top becomes brown and fluffy. Serves 6 to 8.
