MASHED POTATO STUFFING CASSEROLE 
Instant mashed potatoes

Follow recipe for 12 servings for potatoes. 1/2 c. boiling water 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix 1 beaten egg 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 1 tbsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1/8 tsp. pepper

Prepare potatoes according to package directions.

Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Add to the stuffing mix along with egg, onion, salt and pepper.

Fold into the mashed potatoes. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with paprika for color. Cover. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. 10 servings.
