CUSTARD ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. egg custard
3-3 1/2 c. flour

Mix yeast and water until dissolved. Add butter, salt and egg custard; mix well. Add flour.

Knead on floured board 4-5 times. Roll into rectangle. Cut in half. Roll like jelly roll. Put in pans and let rise in warm place for 1 hour at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
