PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. pretzels, crushed
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 c. boiling water
6 oz. strawberry Jell-O
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries

1ST LAYER:

Mix crushed pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

2ND LAYER:

Beat with electric mixer - cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Beat until smooth. Add Cool Whip.

3RD LAYER:

Mix boiling water and strawberry Jell-O. Stir until blended. Mix frozen strawberries into Jell-O. When thickened, pour on top. Chill at least 1 our.
