LIMA BEAN SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen lima beans, cooked until tender and cooled
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
6 fresh onions, chopped fine (use some green tips)
1 1/2 c. chopped celery

Mix together and place in refrigerator. Let stand overnight or at least a couple of hours.
