SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. milk

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Cover with topping.

Bake in 350°F preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Topping:

1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. melted butter
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle on potato mixture and bake.
