SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar or more (if desired)
1/2 c. canned milk
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix topping ingredients well and sprinkle over sweet potatoes.

Serves 10 to 12.

This can be made ahead, but don't put topping on until ready to bake.

Bake at 350°F until brown, about 20 or 30 minutes.
