SWEET ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. milk scalded
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs (beaten slightly)
1 pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
8 1/2 c. flour

Make a sponge of all and cover and let raise 1 more hour.

Heavily flour counter and pour part dough on flour - roll out; put butter, sugar and cinnamon on dough and roll up - cut in about 1 1/2 inch pieces. Brush melted butter on rolls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Put in muffin pan and let raise about 15 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
